Empire Today has been a very positive experience. At 8:30AM on Friday, September 28th, I e-mailed and requested an appointment with a sales representative. By 8:45AM I received an e-mail thanking me for my interest and advising me that an associate would be contacting me shortly. At 9:00AM I received a telephone call confirming that an associate had been contacted and would be contacting me very soon. About 9:30AM an associate called and arranged to meet with my wife and me at our home later that same afternoon. He arrived on schedule with carpet samples in hand.
I requested a Wednesday, October 3rd installation. The installers arrived at 8:30AM on the 3rd and did a very professional and impressive installation. The cuts were the most exact I have ever seen. I will be calling Empire Today next year when I begin my Phase II update.
